Service Description
Funeraco provides website creation, hosting, maintenance, and automation services for independent funeral homes. Our services include design, development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of professional websites.
User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, use our services only for lawful purposes, not attempt to copy or reproduce our work, and maintain the confidentiality of any credentials provided to you.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, code, and materials provided by Funeraco remain our intellectual property unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement. Websites built for your establishment are licensed for your use under the terms of your service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funeraco shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide you with a copy of your website content and data. Ongoing maintenance services will cease at the end of the current billing period.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bordeaux, France.
